Variable Area Flowmeters

Variable area flowmeters or rotameters are suited for laboratory and industrial applications. Flowmeter design consists of a float—usually a sphere—enclosed in a tube. The float responds to change in velocity of the fluid (gas, air, or liquid) by moving up or down the flow tube. We offer corrulated and direct flowmeters for common, aggressive, and ultrapure fluids.
